About This Role

This is a core role in the devops engineer team at Crednology. You'll contribute directly to supporting our infrastructure, operations, and business mission in a remote, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines for internal products and infrastructure tooling
  • Automate provisioning and configuration of private-cloud and DR environments using IaC
  • Maintain and improve Kubernetes and container-based runtime platforms
  • Implement monitoring, alerting, and SLO dashboards to enhance platform reliability
  • Drive reliability improvements through automation, runbooks, and post-incident reviews
  • Partner with security and operations teams to enforce IAM, secrets, and hardening standards
  • Optimize platform performance, capacity, and operational cost efficiency
  • Support incident response and recovery processes for business-critical workloads
  • Document infrastructure patterns and coach teams on best DevOps practices

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years in DevOps, SRE, or infrastructure engineering
  • Strong Linux administration and networking fundamentals
  • Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi, or CloudFormation)
  • Production experience with containers and orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes)
  • CI/CD expertise using tools like GitHub Actions, GitLab CI, Jenkins, or similar
  • Experience operating cloud environments (AWS, Azure, GCP, or private cloud platforms)
  • Observability skills with logging/metrics/tracing stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, OpenTelemetry, or similar)
  • Scripting and automation ability in Go, Python, or Bash
  • Security-first mindset including secrets management, IAM, and vulnerability scanning
  • Ability to participate in a structured on-call rotation
