About This Role

This is a core role in the account manager team at Crednology. You'll contribute directly to supporting our infrastructure, operations, and business mission in a remote, collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

  • Own relationships for a portfolio of private-cloud, DR/BC, and managed services clients
  • Lead onboarding handoffs and ensure smooth adoption with technical delivery teams
  • Run regular account health reviews, QBRs, and continuity planning check-ins
  • Manage renewals, negotiate terms, and coordinate contract updates with leadership
  • Identify and execute expansion opportunities across cloud, continuity, and IT lifecycle services
  • Track usage, satisfaction, and churn risk; create proactive retention plans
  • Act as primary escalation point, coordinating fast resolution with operations teams
  • Serve as the voice of the customer internally, influencing service improvements and roadmap
  • Maintain accurate reporting in CRM and provide clear account forecasts

Requirements

  • 4–6+ years in B2B account management or customer success, ideally in IT, cloud, or managed services
  • Track record of owning renewals, expansions, and long-term account health
  • Strong consultative communication skills and ability to translate technical value into business outcomes
  • Experience running QBRs, success plans, and stakeholder alignment across remote teams
  • Comfortable working with SLAs, service delivery metrics, and risk mitigation planning
  • CRM proficiency (Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar) and disciplined pipeline hygiene
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to forecast renewals and growth accurately
  • Experience supporting regulated industries (healthcare, legal, finance, or public sector) is a plus
